She holds a Doctorate in management of Public Health (Dr.Mgt) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus; a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a concentration in Global Health from Emory University; and a bachelor’s in Psychology and Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

 

Her expertise spans across domestic and international development projects where he has over 20 years of experience providing programmatic and technical oversight of HIV/AIDS, neglected tropical diseases (NTD), and maternal and child health programs in sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States.

Managed M&E needs for backstop countries (Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, Suriname, and Trinidad & Tobago) and supported the remaining 21 country missions. Helped develop and maintain project database transition from Excel to DHIS-2. Provided guidance for annual work-plans and program monitoring & evaluation plan (PMEP), and draft annual, semi-annual and quarterly reports. Major projects include LINKAGES, Advancing Partners & Communities (APC), Communication for Change (C-Change), Capacity Building Assistance (CBA).

Conducted literature review of secondary HIV prevention efforts. Developed questionnaire for quantitative data collection, and coded study’s focus group discussions.
